We aim to provide a range of coaching, workshops, products, and services that address the diverse needs of women, from emotional well-being to career development, financial literacy, fertility, hormones, energy levels, and overall physical health.

As a mom of a teenage girl, there have been many lessons I hoped she could learn through the experience of others. No mom wants to see their kiddos learn lessons the hard way through pain and turmoil. One thing she's learned by watching me is the impact STRESS can have on your body, mind, and relationships! It really can bring everything in life to a screeching halt.
As I left the Corporate world in Jan 2023 to focus on my own health and the health of my family, I decided if there was ever a time to officially bring Happy Hangout to life - it is NOW! I'm lucky to have her by my side, running our social media and customer service. If she sees my stress levels starting to creep up - she is the first to say "Hey mom, let's go for a walk and put this down for a bit!"
We had been operating some version of this business from our house for the past 7+ years with an alternative-natural-health focus and we had been chatting about what it would look like for us to move into a dedicated commercial space and expand beyond that scope to serve more women.
Several local-mom-groups on Facebook made it very clear that women are under-served and needed a place to gather and connect with other women. A place for women to be supportive and supported, encouraging and encouraged, and a place to learn and to teach.
Happy Hangout is a special passion of mine brought to life with the encouraging support (and labor) of my best friend/husband Jeff along with my amazing kiddos Trenton and Savana, a few very special friends that have given countless hours of labor and love to make this possible, and with the collaboration of entrepreneurial spirit with many local woman-owned businesses that are sharing their talents with our community.
This is meant to be a place that any woman can visit and connect with other like-minded women. We offer a few services and retail products, in addition to our workshops. All designed with the woman, the mother, the daughter, the sister, the grandma, the aunt, the neighbor, the co-worker, and the best friend in mind.
What we do here
One of my favorite services we offer is our Health Detective sessions. Because of my own personal journey and that of several family members, the amount of research and tools we've obtained - it just makes sense to share this with others to help them feel better as well.
