Hey there, I'm Amber!
I help exhausted women renew their energy as things start to change in our 40s and beyond. We dig into root causes, develop protocols together, and make small changes that have lasting big impacts on your health!
Six months from starting your Health Detective coaching, you'll be amazed at the differences you see AND feel!
Happy Hangout started with the mission to have a place for women to be supportive and supported, encouraging and encouraged, and a place to learn and to teach others.
We've expanded our public offering officially in Fall 2024 to include recently diagnosed cancer clients that need a health coach to help them get into fighting shape (internally).

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the women's wellness center, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in.
The shop itself is filled with an incredible selection of wellness products, from supplements to skincare and everything in between. I found myself wanting to buy everything in sight! But what really stood out to me was the sense of community that permeated the space.The women's wellness center truly fosters a supportive and uplifting environment, and it's clear that they value creating a sense of belonging among their customers. I was blown away by the amazing community of ladies that I had the pleasure of meeting during my visit.

Discover the Secrets to Optimize Your Body ~ and Unlock the Tools that reside within you!
Our detectives will guide you through a range of options based on your wellness assessment to uncover the clues your body holds.
Many researchers have found evidence that points to generational traumas (from up to 7 generations ago) affecting our physical and mental well-being today.
To prepare for your first session, we will ask you to complete a short assessment to let us know how you are feeling currently (within the past 30 days).
During your first sessions, we will dive into using non-invasive tools like muscle testing and body scans to peel back layers into the origin of what you are currently experiencing and feeling.
This isn't talk therapy, and this isn't a doctor's visit.
Think of this as a friend that's willing to research, ask questions, and teach you a new tool (or two) to get some answers to the questions that keep popping up.
It's time to get those answers!
By exploring the physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of your health, we strive to co-create a roadmap that empowers you to make informed decisions and achieve your goals - whether that be in health, wellness, career, or relationships - in all aspects of your life.
