We start with an initial Health Detective Session to go over all your health concerns, symptoms, medical history, other labs or recent blood work from your primary physician, any medications and supplements you are currently taking, as well as lifestyle factors like sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, etc.
- The majority of this session is me listening to how you express what's going on, any frustrations, what you've tried, what has worked, what hasn't, and where you are struggling most.
- We perform a full body bio-marker scan (it's simple, effective, and safe - just like taking a selfie photo) and review those results.
While we wait for the Big 5 lab results to come back, we will get you started on some foundational aspects based on your specific needs so far.
- My guidance covers the full spectrum of health needs: at-home lab testing, functional medicine based protocols, nutritional, supplements, movement, stress management, sleep support and other lifestyle factors to get your body into a strengthening and healthy position.
- All these elements are tailored to fortify your overarching needs, to support your body, remove toxicities, replenish any deficiencies, and the improve the sustainability of your health for years to come.
After a few weeks, the Big 5 lab results come in, I'll review the labs prior to us meeting. We will utilize another session to review the labs together, answer any questions you may have, and get you started on a customized protocol based on your lab results.
- These protocols usually last anywhere from 12-16 weeks depending on the results.
- Some protocols have multiple phases to them like our gut health protocol which can take 90+ days depending on the lab results.

Each of our sessions are 60 minutes in length and go into full detail.
