Since 2015, I've been intentionally diving in to learn more about the female body, to understand why certain things happen, what triggers it, and how each one of our bodies is so amazingly different. 

My mind was blown over and over with each new client at the absolute power of our bodies ability to heal itself and continually heard 'if I just knew what worked for me'.  

After attending years of trainings from medical doctors, nurses, chiropractors, functional medicine practitioners, naturopathic doctors, and midwives while helping over 300 families along the way, I decided it was time to make it official, leave the corporate world, and get a certification to back up the knowledge and services I was offering to help others feel good again.
